Monday

Fundamental yoga poses to build strength and stamina. Regular use of pranayama (breath-work) and hatha asana (poses).

Gentle yoga movements that focus on calming the nervous system, the adrenals, and hormones. Deeply relaxing and rejuvenative.

Wednesday

A grounding and energy balancing class that allows you to move at your own pace and you leave the week behind as you turn within. Appropriate for beginners.

Yoga and meditation to relieve stress and leave you feeling restored and rejuvenated. Class focuses on Pranayama (various styles of yogic breath-work) and gentle movement. This allows the nervous system to shift into a calmer place. Guided meditations offer respite from the daily grind. Taking this time for yourself will improve productivity and quality of life in the long run.

Yoga and dance conditioning that focuses on stretching legs/hips, flexible feet, and range of motion. Additional focus is on restoring connective tissue and muscles for proper training. Deeply relaxing and restorative practice.
